We're back for another Friday Nano update. Week two has been a slog, I'm not going to lie. I took Monday off completely, and it helped to recharge the batteries. Tuesday was a great day, but by Thursday, I was hitting the wall again. I'm currently sitting just shy of 21,000 words. One positive? I have the last four days of the month off of my day job, so there will be time to play catch up if I have to.
The story is coming along well enough. From this point on, there are a lot of action scenes ahead of me, and the words always pile up fast while writing those, so I look forward to it. We're getting our first big snowstorm this weekend, which should help my productivity. All I will have to do is shovel and write! Gonna cut this one short and get back to it.
